If you have never logged in before, your username is your firstnamelastname (no spaces, no punctuation, not case sensitive) and your temporary password is lpa. If you typically go by a first initial and middle name, enter just your first intial with a period (.) and last name for your username. 

For example: If your name is John Paul Jones, you would enter johnjones. If your name is M. Elizabeth Smith, you would enter m.smith

If you HAVE logged into the site before, your password will be one that you have selected.  There are no password requirements, you may select any password you wish.
